Happy 4th!

Happy 4th of July everyone!

Please, please, PLEASE do me a favor and don't get hurt. As a citizen, I don't like to see anyone get burned. And as a surg tech, I don't like to see anyone get burned either. I had to attend a burn seminar at the University of Michigan for school. We watched some videos of burned victims who came to the U to the burn center and it was breath taking. I've seen some of the instruments that we us in surgery to do a skin graft and they're not pretty- believe me. If I really have to, I'll post some pictures on here, but that's last resort! It's not a lovely sight also what we have to do to a burned victim to clean them up. *Shudders*

Anywho..... thanks to all of the troops out there also who have served and are serving our country- YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!!!
